How much does PC repair cost?
We charge a flat fee of £35 which includes all labour, testing and Virus / Spyware removal. Should your computer require replacement parts or additional software / cables then the cost of the items is added to the labour charge.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, all replacement parts are covered by full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty length is unique to the product. All new products come with at least 12 Months Warranty. Other components such as Intel and AMD Processors have 3 Year Warranty.
Checking the progress of your repair or returns.
When you register with AK Computers you are given a username and password. You can use this to log in to your account and view the status of any repairs and/or returned items by clicking the Repairs button on the console.
What kind of turnaround can I expect?
The amount of time you need to wait before your repair or upgrade is completed depends on various factors including diagnosis, testing and availability of replacement or upgraded parts. You can check progress of your repair at any time online. We aim to complete most repairs within 7 working days.
